Compensation for the preparation of the report is not biased on a percentage or contingent on a result basis. The analysis, opinions and conclusions comply with CPPAG Rules and Standards. The appraiser has personally inspected the appraised property. Significant professional assistant was not provided in the report, if so, the names of the assistants and their roles must be revealed.
